Eligibility Requirements for Permanent Makeup

Before booking, please ensure you are a suitable candidate for permanent makeup. For your safety and the best possible results, the service will be cancelled and your deposit forfeited if you arrive with any of the following conditions:

Not Eligible If You Are:

  • Under 18 years of age

  • Pregnant, breastfeeding, or nursing

  • Have used Accutane (isotretinoin) within the past 12 months

  • Have uncontrolled diabetes

  • Have blood thinning or clotting disorders

  • Have problematic skin in the treatment area (e.g., open wounds, eczema, rashes, blemishes, or dermatitis near the brows)

  • Are prone to keloid scarring

  • Have had eyebrow hair transplants

  • Have severely sun-damaged skin (including sunburns or overly tanned skin)

  • Have extremely thin or severely wrinkled skin in the area

  • Are currently sick or experiencing flu-like symptoms

  • Have an active cold sore (for lip blush clients)

Special Conditions:

  • If you have previously tattooed eyebrows or lips, you must get prior approval before booking. Please contact us with clear photos.

  • If you have a serious medical condition, a doctor’s note with approval will be required.

By booking an appointment, you confirm that you meet all eligibility requirements listed above. If you're unsure about your eligibility, feel free to reach out before scheduling

Deposits/Rescheduling

Deposits are required for all appointments.

Deposits

  • A non-refundable deposit of $75 is required to book all appointments.

  • This deposit will be applied to your final service total.

Rescheduling

  • You may reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a new date.

  • Rescheduling within 48 hours of your appointment will result in loss of your deposit.

Cancellations & No-Shows

  • All deposits are non-refundable, regardless of the reason for cancellation.

  • No-shows or cancellations without notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Late

Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are 15 minutes late or more, we reserve the right to cancel or reschedule your appointment, and your deposit will be forfeited.

We carefully schedule each session to allow the time and attention every client deserves. Late arrivals can disrupt not only your service but also those scheduled after you. We do not want to rush through your procedure, as precision and quality are our top priorities.

Previous Tattoo

If you have a previous lip or eyebrow tattoo, you must notify the artist before booking an appointment.

All clients with existing cosmetic tattoos require prior approval. If the previous work is too dark, saturated, or poorly shaped, we may not be able to proceed with treatment.

In such cases, we strongly recommend pursuing tattoo removal before scheduling a consultation for new work.

Results Disclaimer

While I always strive to provide high-quality, professional results, healed outcomes cannot be guaranteed. Every client’s skin is unique, and factors such as skin type, lifestyle, pre-care, and aftercare all play a significant role in how pigment is retained.

Please understand that I have no control over the healing process, and even with proper aftercare, results can vary. Some clients may experience poor retention or uneven fading, which is a normal possibility with permanent makeup.

Additional touch-ups may be necessary to achieve the desired result and will be charged accordingly.
